On p. 303, under Determine Total Weapon Heat, it says to halve the heat points for Streak SRMs and reduce to one-quarter for One-Shot weapons. Does rounding apply before you start sorting the weapons by BV in order to see which ones are halved when the running heat is above the efficiency value? Ie, a Clan Streak SRM-4 is 3 heat , so do you use the 1.5, or would/how should it be rounded? Thanks in advance.
