(Answered) BV of Infantry with AntiMech Skill of 8

Can someone help clarify something about BV and Infantry.

When you design infantry using Tech Manual they have a skill of Gunnery 4/ AntiMech 5.  If they have no AntiMech kit/training then you adjust the skill to 4/8.  Now I understand this to mean you have to multiply the BV by 0.85 (for 4/8).

e.g. a Foot Platoon (Rifle) with an AntiMech Kit at skill 4/5 is 90 BV. Should the Foot Platoon (Rifle) with no AntiMech Kit at skill 4/8 be 90 x 0.85 = 77??

Also the MUL seems to have incorrect values for Infantry.  It lists Foot Infantry (Rifle) as 81 when it works out as 90 using rules in the Tech Manual

So MegaMek is incorrect in the way it calculates the BV of 4/8 Infantry
