(Answered) Broken Download: Operation Higashikuni

While doing some research surrounding the death/fake death of Loren Jaffray I came to be aware of the Operation Higashikuni PDF. It was at one point added to the free downloads page, but the link is now broken. Checked the webstore and it isn't there, so hoping that you all can help me find this document or fix the link.

Just tried it, link does nothing on my end still. other links on the page open a new window with a pdf or what have you, going to try it in a different browser

Works in firefox, not chrome, probably a default security settings issue. sorry for the bother.
