Title: Feedback Desired

I found this from a while ago when cleaning out my old computer and wouldn't mind some feedback.  Basically it is for a FGC-style online game.  I tried to streamline the orders thing, but I don't think I succeeded.  I also tried to incorporate a unit-balance where factions had to pay upkeep for their units or else they may go rogue.  I'd have to make an easy-to-fill-in sheet to support this, but that is for later.

Frankly it looks way too complex with way too much tracking for me to give it a good recommendation.

That's fair.  I tried to give the most depth of activity with a minimum of rules to back them up.  I see I shall have to cut it down somewhat ;)
