That is why the Blakists designed it in the chronicle, they distributed it in good quantities particularly to Circinus, the Sultanate of Mosiro and to a lesser extent to Canopus, some also reached the "Democratic" Rebels of Buena

That's some serious firepower for rebels. The Blakists will really tie the Lyrans down.

It does have upgraded stats to the Penetrator, though it's more humanoid in appearance.

Really WoB in the Chronicle I tried and with Win, the Republic of Buena and those of Democracy were already well provided with equipment and mercs to do enough damage, it cost the Archon his own to pacify the area, although when Buena fell some of the worlds The Circinus aka WoB Annexes near New India but it was not something that lasted more than 1 year

Can Circinus afford to annex while having the on-going war with the Marian Hegemony and Regulus?

Oh my brother, with your courage we can conquer,
In your sword I put my trust that you will honor
I will be the higher ground should you concede it
And my body be your shield if you should need it.

In the Chronicle Circinus is stronger than in the official version, base of many WoB and Wob mercs have a nice number of regulars and it annexes planets of the former RWR, in the first Wave it annexes the worlds of the Trinidad of Marik and some worlds Surrounding Son Hoa, Son Hoa was under siege for several years until Lyra was able to recover the worlds surrounding this system after the recovery of the Rebel Buena Republic.

That's a massive Circinian military. It would be a direct threat to Tamarind and Illyria.

Tamarind and Illyria have their borders fiercely guarded, think that around 3077/78/79 Circinus had to think about the Republic of Saguntum that was approaching him from the Hegemonic flank, and Sagunt had military and naval power to keep Circinus nervous.

Is this the period where the Legios were recalled from the Terran front to reinforce the Illyrian border?

Developed by the Society to cover the losses in the Second Line units of the Clans that supported their War effort distributed among the Hell Horses, Ice Hellions and Fire Mandril, and based on mixed technology of the Inner Sphere and the Clans.

Thanks to the Capture of the Deposits and Melissa ScrapWorkshops, the Society began to build Panther IIC, Dragon IIC, Dervish IIC, Centurion IIC and Zeus IIC, having in their hands an impressive amount of resources, the Tumulario was the first hybrid mech built by the Society

He soon became a common figure among garrison units in the OZ, with Raids across the border soon after the Tumulario began to appear in some merc units in the Lyran / Ice Hellion / Jade Falcon border area, his sword has made it popular with Members of the Dark Caste by giving them a Melee weapon, rare to see in clans.

Due to its rare "cranial" development from which protrusions emerge that some merc in the inner sphere thought they saw ears, it has provided the Tumulary with the Nickname of Rabbid Rabbit for which it is best known among the mercs and the Inner Sphere.

I love how the Tumulario, literally, looks like a jackrabbit who's about to shank you. Something about that is both adorable, and horrifying.

Thanks, the idea of the Aka Rabbid Rabbit  Tumular was that from the beginning even when it was devised on paper before going to 3D design, a joke at the ATOW table was the beginning when making the comment of the Rabbit of the Monty Python.

Thanks to the designs, the Fluff and part of the concept art are mine, but the 3D design is from the various designers that I mentioned and a couple more that the other mechs have not yet given me, there are still a few missing

As Southern Mountain makes them, it uploads them in those pages and I put it here, it depends on the other authors if I upload them here or upload them later through mine in mediafire
