Its basically the 'Agincourt' custom job of an Archer from MW5, 4 x Medium Laser, 2 x LRM-10, 2 x SRM-6 2 x SSRM-2, it does not mirror it exactly and there are some changes under the hood :)

Nope, normal flamer but visually its a 'traditional' type of flamer (IE a fuel one). Purely a visual choice, because whilst we know that most 'Mech flamers are just redirected plasma, they'd look nothing like they do in the art and would be more akin to a point of very bright light and then a huge amount of heat coming off that, more like a blow torch who's heat  goes out a lot further than the flame, or a microwave gun.
So here its a good 'ol fashioned combustable fluid flamer.
