This Christmas I gave (and received) a gift certificate from IWM. I'm not sure, however, how to redeem them via online order, since they don't include the expected unique identifier (serial number, barcode, or the like) that the gift certificates/cards from other places have.
Do you mention you have a gift certificate on the order page, or is it easier to just mail certificate and order in the same envelope?
(I ask partially because I've been ordering completely electronically for so long I've forgotten how to properly do it any other way ^_^;; )
