Exo Expy?
« on: 29 March 2024, 16:58:08 »
Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent, current-production mini to use as a good stand-in for the Exo HaulerMech series?  They're 10 tons, plus they're small as heck, as the art shows:

I thought about the standard Kanazuchi, but the IWM/Ral Partha version, at least, seems actually too small, since it's smaller than lighter suits like the Marauder BA.

MW:DA Kanazuchis. Okay, not 'in production', but available off ePay.

How about this?

You get five in a pack and they're roughly assault battle armor sized.
Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. Worst case scenario you miss out on a few rounds of canasta, plus you've forwarded the cause of science by three centuries. I punch those numbers into my calculator, it makes a happy face.

If I ever do a Conbine force again, I’ll probably do that for the actual Kanazuchis.  They’re sized perfect for it.

OMG and they’re packing their weapons as handhelds too.

That’s fantastic!  Now I just gotta figure out which to order first.

DA Kanazuchis are just gorgeous, and look the part.

You can even kitbash the 10-SRM versions.
