Realization
« on: 01 March 2011, 16:46:13 »
You know I just went through the IWM website because I noticed the new layout, been a couple weeks since I visited. But After going through all of the NEW mechs and then going to the Archives to see all of my beloved OLD mechs, I realized, DAMN there is a lot of mechs now!  :o It's pretty impressive how this game has piled up over the last 20+ years. Just so much material and nowhere near enough time and money.  :'(

Agreed on every point you make. Certainly this is a hobby that can't end.

For sure for sure! It's really impressive how far the game has come
and how many new minis can still walk off the assembly line all the time!
It's a real testament to its passionate community and undying fans
to have such a following.  Its really awesome too that unlike another certain unnamed
game company, all the mechs that were made and designed over 20+ years ago are all still compatible
and even majorly used, to new and veteran players alike!

When I read that IWM is ran by only a handful of people, I was even more impressed! [notworthy]
It's pretty inspiring.  Speaking of which, I need to go order a bunch of stuff!
Roses are red, violets are red, grass is red......
