TO: pg. 192 notes players should account for Shield and Hardened Armor MP reductions when calculating Defensive Factor and Speed Factor.
However, this note is not included in the following Modular Armor section though Modular Armor encumbers like Hardened Armor.
Is this an oversight or intentional?
