Question for clarification/verification: it seems clear that for battle armor missile attacks, a Direct Blow on the to-hit roll applies the cluster table bonus and not the weapon damage bonus. However, is this also true for non-missile BA weapons, such as small lasers, since they also roll on the cluster table for how many troopers hit, versus mechs/vehicles where it would apply the damage bonus?
