Inner Sphere Map
« on: 17 February 2019, 19:17:59 »
Does anyone have a map showing the Inner Sphere? I'm wanting to locate one that includes the Rim Worlds before Amaris did his surprise to the Star League. I'd like to set up some adventures for players as they explore that destroyed nation but can't find a map that lists worlds under their control. It's very frustrating....

Download MekHQ, it has everything you want and can even easily edit the ownership of planets as you move away from Canon time line and such

Historical: Reunification War has a map from 2596 at the end of the conflict (and the start of the unified Stear League) and in Historical: Liberation of Terra I from 2765 a year before the Amaris coup

This is the best I could find...

This one is post-Amaris Civil War at the outset of the First Succession War. Unfortunately it's the best one publicly available without picking up the pdf of the sourcebooks I cited.

I've never used MekHQ. Does it do a factionalized map?

I would expect so, the MMNet servers have had one for a long time and since they share a lot of the same project information & designers . . . heck, I used to use the MMNet server to establish jump paths since you could get rings set to 30ly.

the three color maps should cover most of what you need.

Yes, MekHQ has factions in different colors and they change as the date progresses. It even calculates jump paths for you.
