I picked up an old, old record sheet book the other day, Record sheets Volume 2 I believe and it had a weird Hatchetman without it's hatchet! I think it was called the HCT-3NH. I didn't find it in my copy of RS: 3039u so I was wondering if this is still considered a canon variant or has it been retconned out? Thanks.
