For me, it's really, really hard to find adequate words for how awesome I deem the artwork from the preview. Especially the picture of the seven caste members. Even if "directorship" seems to be misspelled as "dictatorship". Slip of the pen or Freudian slip?  ;) ;D

Fun insight into the creative process. i've always wodnered exactly how much creative influnce/direction the writers and project manager typically try to exert over how the art actually turns out. This helps close the gap.

I skimmed a lot of the text - it was a bit TL;DR, but the art at the end was definitely worth it.
