I sent a message by email to Admin JadeHellbringer on 12/27 (from the Members tab), but I am not sure if the message was sent as “my messages” show zero sent messages. Is there a way to confirm if he received it? (I know it's only been two days, I just don’t know if it was actually sent or not).

I did indeed get it, haven't had a chance to reply- between family in town for holidays and a surprisingly busy couple of weeks at the day job, this hasn't been the priority I'd like it to be. I'll have a reply out to you as soon as possible.
