IO pg 84.

Prosthetic Leg MASC has 2 main effects.

First it increases the MP of foot infantry by 1.

Second it increases the target modifier by +1 for attacks against infantry.

My question is, is the +1 modifier applied to all infantry with this argumentation, or is it intended to be foot infantry only?

Question arises because the first effect strongly states foot Infantry only, while the second just says "infantry"

Bump.

And the reason I ask is because I'm wondering if giving motorized or jump infantry this design option would make them more evasive.  You can kinda explain it away with motorized infantry.  The ability to jump out of their transports to dodge incoming fire.   Harder to explain for jump infantry.  Unless you figure it comes into play while those troopers are on the ground between jumps.
