Had a larger turnout than I had expected, lots of fun we had 7 players on the board at one point.
And so it begins, light mechs all over the place.
The middle of the map became a mech graveyard.
Brutal carnage.
Our first medium on the board enters the raging furball in the middle.

It got pretty crowded at the middle. I need to get some markers for dead mechs it seems.

Life is cheap, Mechs are expensive.
As you can see, terrain was a combination of Hotz Mat and Heroscape tiles, with twisted wire trees I made. We had a few veterans and some new players, with quite a few expressing an interest in the game. I'm hoping that I can drum up some more interest in the area and start running campaigns. I want to say "Thank you" to Faithless for making the drive to Lawton from Oklahoma City, Amanharan for the help he provided answering my questions and for providing me with materials and inspiring me to start doing this locally, and Carolina Comics for graciously hosting the game.
