Very very awesome!  Turning in it must have been 'fun' as you'd have to shuffle round right?

If I could have I would have just done the Mechwarrior 4 thing and stomped my feet up and down turning bit at a time. Unfortunately the feet are just too heavy to do much more the shuffle around. As of this video the costume is retired completely to sit the rest of its days on the display stand.

Perhaps one day I'll use what I learned to make a smaller, lighter mech costume.

I kept thinking you were going be able to make a Inner Sphere costume, say a BattleMaster.  Be able to go to GenCon stage a mock fight between each other.  ^-^

I know this sounds morbid, but you should put it in your Next-of-Kin will, with a please don't destroy museum quality piece.

Or if you can find one, a place for permanent public display. Along with the newspaper clippings, your award and whatnots. " See kids, while this is make-believe to you, I played this game when your parents where your age! "
