Didn't find any official clarification on this, so I figured I'd ask...
The OTT-7J Ostscout had hand actuators on it's original record sheet in 1625 BattleTech Reinforcements, in 1695 BattleTech Record Sheets: 3025 & 3026, and again in the original version of BC212 Record Sheets: 3039 Unabridged. However, the most current version of BC212 does not have hand actuators on the 7J's record sheet. With the new artwork of the Ostscout also showing hands, should the BC212 record sheet be corrected to include hand actuators on the OTT-7J?
