Achoo - I've been to China so many times I have lost track.  This past 11 months I have been there 8 times.  I've had enough bad Chinese food for a lifetime.

dim Sum is a wide category of Chinese food, fried dumplings and fried rice rolls, that is served in Chinese tea houses. The type of meats involved in it's preparation include beef, chicken, pork, and prawns. It just depends on the tea house.
