(Answered) Crew 1E what does it mean

Going through tech manual building a conventional platoon. I noticed for many weapons, they list crew as 1E. I know what Crew 1 is, but what exactly does it mean for crew 1E?

See Tech Manual pg 152 under Final Range Values. Also the table on pg 149. Its more encumbering weapon that impacts to hit modifiers and weapon limits.
