(Answered) CAR vs IT

So i'm curious if CAR can be used to carry troops.


This unit has CAR6, can it be used to carry two of this unit?


Reading the book further i believe CAR only relates to if that unit is carried, just gonna post this anyone for clear verification and incase someone else may find this helpful.

Another question concerning infantry. Are there any penalities for shooting at such a small formation, since they are size 1?

IT is the ability to transport/carry infantry.
CAR is how much IT rating a unit requires to be transported.
An IT6 unit can carry one CAR6 unit, two CAR3 units, or any combination of CAR that is a total of 6 or less.
There is no to-hit modifier for a target being conventional infantry.
