80% or 90%...Wow Your Company's are amateur. MY company has annual tests on ethics, (75%+ covering legal issues that have never had 1 thing to do with my department, because we aren't sales or customer service) that require a 100% pass rate!
And the annual survey for how well the company does? the first time we had to do one I wrote it as if I was a clerk that worked in another city. I went through the 100+ questions with a fine tooth comb to ensure every multiple choice question was answered with the worst result. Could just mark 1 all the way as they were tricky with their questions where sometimes 1 was the best and 5 was the worst.

QUITMade me giggle when they had a corporate level review meeting and mentioned this poor haggard clerical worker in the interior and how bad her job was and how they were looking into it! :P
