Continuing our tour through the Operation REVIVAL OmniMechs, we come to another of the lesser used examples, the
Fire Moth (
Dasher). TRO 3050 said it was primarily seen with Clan Ghost Bear, which makes sense for the invading Clan best known for using Elementals (at least until Clan Hell's Horses showed up).
There have only been three sculpts of the
Fire Moth (
Dasher):
- The original sculpt released by Ral Partha in metal and resin (20-612).
- The resculpt sold by Iron Wind metals (20-373).
- The BattleForce-scale sculpt, presumably based on the resculpt (20-9129).
MWDA (or one of its expansions) gave us a 'Mech that was allegedly a successor, the
Dasher II. There is no metal sculpt of this 'Mech so we can mostly ignore it. (Although if you have a repainted
Dasher II, you're welcome to post it!)
