How does one create a spoiler?

 If I wanted to use spoiler tags to hide the text of some event from people who did it want to read it (By blacking the text out), how would I post? Can we still post them?

Spoiler tags are something that will need to be added back in by deathshadow, as they aren't standard BBCode.
