PBI Support Mortars

Just a quick question to everybody in general (quicker than waiting for an official answer :-X); Has there been any errata regarding infantry mortars (TM) so that they are able to fire indirectly?

I find it terribly odd that mortars are incapable of indirect fire...  ::)

Haven't seen anything, and was incidentally wondering about BA mortars as well.  Time for Rule 1   :)

None that I have seen.  It's probably not very likely to happen under the current rules set since primary and secondary weapons are just combined.  infantry are just too abstracted under the current rules set.

While I don't see it happening either, such a fix would be extremely easy to implement. Just give infantry with 2 mortars per squad the ability to fire indirectly, in the same manner as 'mech mortars.
