Thanks to cavingjan for posting that link. By the way, there is no excuse for not knowing the rules. You read them when you register for the forums, they're at the top of every page, and while the mod staff is far more forgiving with new members than say, a bank will be with mortgage conditions, members who have been here a long time get far less slack. For those who still can't find the rules link in his post or at the top of every page in this forum, here's a tl;dr of Rule 9: If your post doesn't contribute to the current conversation, you'd best not actually push the Post button. We mods are perhaps the most lenient on this rule of all the forum rules, because we know that thread drifts and other wacky shenanigans happen(and can be quite fun), but bump posts are NOT tolerated. Threads with nobody around to contribute new material must be allowed to fall off the front page as nature intended, so that newer ad worthier threads may take their place.
