December Releases are up in the Coming Soon Folder, will be for sale on IWM webstore around February 4th.

Very cool!

Out of curiosity, what are the differences between the Pariah mini and the Septicemia(aside from different gun layout, of course)?

The two biggest differences is how the one leg is adjustable and the Arms are different. The two ER PPC on the torso's just fit on top and it still has the square panel on each torso to fit the weapon variant parts on the mini. The Septicemia Torso weapon parts also include the straight part down that has some lasers in it.
