The little tiny bits go into the holes in the arms and point upward- they're basically the shoulder actuators.  Place the peg into the arm's hole so that the other peg side is facing straight up and one of the triangular bits is flush with the arm and facing the same direction as the weapon barrels.

When it comes to the legs, it's probably going to be easier for you if you stick the toes on prior to attaching the legs to the torso.

The Bruin wasn't the easiest model I've ever put together, but it was definitely not as challenging as the first Reseen Thunderbolt, Atlas III, or DA Black Knight (the BK's legs were really difficult to put together due to how tiny the contact area was).

Thanks for the help! I've got it now. I didn't think the legs of the new Black Knight were all that hard to put together. I'd say the Bruin has been a bit more of a pain to put together to me.
Why not Zoidberg?

I didn't have any issues with getting the Bruin together except for one of the toes (it kept slipping out of the groove in the foot and sticking to the base of the foot instead).  The Black Knight took forever to finally get a good connection between the legs- I thought I might actually have to pin the danged thing.

I just put one of my Bruin minis together, and while I wouldn't say it was difficult, it was a bit of a pain with all the tiny pieces.

Probably any day now since the new releases should be shipping this week. You could always try online retailers like Aries Games and Miniatures...plus you'll save money too!

You should check with your game store about it, then.

I try my hardest to order through my local game store because I want them to keep stocking Battletech minis, but their stupid distributor (Alliance) is playing all sorts of games with them that delays orders.  :-\

Have your store reach out to IWM to set up a retail account to order directly with them.
