500 Error when Updating Email Address

Pretty kuch what it says on the tin.  When I try updating my email address in my profile, I get an error stating:

This page isn’t working right now
bg.battletech.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

This wouldn't necessarily be such a big deal...if the mail service for my current email address wasn't being decommissioned.  Help?

Gives me same error whenever i try to do anything with my profile. Custom text, signature.
