This . . . looks surprisingly good, and surprisingly accurate to the source material with tech advances incorporated. Much better than 2002's attempt with Equilibrium. While I recognized the source idea with Equilibrium (and others) I have held them to a high standard comparing them to the Bradbury's source material. For me it was one of the books I read as a young teenager that started me questioning what I was told by those in government and with 1984, The Moon is a Harsh Mistress & Brave New World. It was that type of sci fi that caused me to start thinking and questioning what I was told about 'truth.' My poor kid . . . cannot even read but he has a mountain of books waiting on his reading list.
It comes out May 19th and seems to have a great cast . . . anyone else interested in it?
