(Answered) BattleMech manual- clan ppc capacitor

On page 105-106 of the BattleMech manual the ppc capacitor is listed as available to both inner sphere and clan. Also listed in each factions equipment tables in the back of the book as well.

Can the clan ER PPC use a capacitor now?

Yes.  It was added in the 3145 series, and became common usage for the Clans around 3100, IIRC.
