In the fluff for the Mandaree CMM in FM 3145 (on page 81 of the PDF) it mentions that something called the "Calderon Accords" resulted in the AFFS being unable to reclaim the former PDZ capital of Ridgebrook. I researched several other PDFs and couldn't find any other mentions of the Calderon Accords, but given that Ridgebrook was one of the few worlds held by the Taurians at the end of their Jihad-era conflict with the FedSuns, is it safe to assume the the Calderon Accords are the name given to the negotiated ending of that conflict?

Correct, the Calderon Accords is the peace treaty between the Federated Suns and Taurian Concordat at the end of the Jihad, negotiated with the help of the Calderon Protectorate.
