Interesting idea, but it definitely needs more armor on the sides at least.  With that little armor, Ferro of some kind shouldn't increase the price by much...

That could be done.  HFF could get you 10/10/7 armor for the front/sides/rear, for about 50k more C-bills.

Just a notice from the sideline,  you might have the picture of a chopper with two missile pylons at both sides, however you don't need to worry about the physical layout/design of your vehicle.

If you would have mounted a single larger MML because of reasons over the reasons to have two smaller ones, you could do this as well. The design is not impaired by this decision.

Also (when you use light, medium, large, assault) as description for weapons a lot things got easier - or you need to talk about Laser 3s or Laser 5s and so on

And Fractional Accounting done properly (which SAW doesn't quite do yet) would get you another 0.25 ton of armor too.  That would get you 12/10/10 for Front/Sides/Rear.
