The TV show with Sammo Hung
Liked this show as it had some humorous moments. Also, I liked Nash Bridges.

Technically then Knight rider doesn't count as Michael wasn't a cop..  Neither was KITT.

I was allowing it under "buddy cop" for being a PI, but disallowing it as he really doesn't have a buddy.

The TV show with Sammo Hung

Sammo is just a brilliant physical actor.  Bad show, but worth watching for him, even out of his prime.

Almost forgot:

Judge Dredd (the Stallone "I am the Law")

Dredd (the better one made in 2012)

The only thing more accurate than incoming enemy fire is incoming friendly fire.

Yeah I guess that would work, wouldn't it?

Put me down for the 2012 version as a fav...

After doing a re-watch of Badboys 1 and 2 the other night, i got to thinking about other good "buddy-cop" movies and shows, and was wondering..  If you could do a 'top 10', what would your rankings be??

Currently?

1. Bright
2. Alien Nation
3. The Nice Guys (not exactly cops, but...)
4. Assorted Lethal Weapon films

I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

I can't believe the number of people here who actually liked Bright.

I liked it, not often you get an "Almost Shadowrun" movie.

Aside from the supernatural elements, which never really got explored in enough depth, it was an incredibly cliche buddy cop movie.

Hmm..  Completely forgot about both of them, and yes they both would count..  The Stallone one, due to having Hershey, and the Karl one due to having that psychic gal (can never remember her character's name)..

Me, too. I had high hopes that it would have gone with a more Shadowrun-y feel and came away greatly disappointed.
