The Scenario:
A 40T 50T mech with 2 lift hoists and TSM is carrying an Atlas (100T). Said 40T 50T mech later cools off enough to lose TSM bonus. What happens and how is it resolved?

Questions:
1. Is this legal? My reading of TW p. 136-137 indicates yes, but I'm asking as a sanity check.
2. The 40T 50T mech is no longer capable of carrying the Atlas, what happens? Does it cause a fall? Crit the lift hoists? Something else?
3. Can the mech jump? If no, why not?
4. If the 40T 50T mech is an omni, can it carry battle armor? Are positions limited by where cargo is carried?

1. Yes.
2. The cargo drops in the hex you're in when the TSM stops working. No damage.
3. Yes.
4. Yes. No positions blocked.
