it states that the IATM can fire indirect. is that true for all of the missle types of the IATM

Yes, all ammunition types of the iATM launcher can fire indirectly similar to the way all LRM rounds can be fired indirectly.  All rounds behave as described in the rules on pages 201-202 or referenced pages in Total Warfare, including the use of the Cluster Hits Table.
