Title: Shadow Hawk 2K - Classic - Chest moldling issue

I was super lucky to have a pal of mine snag me one of each of the new Hawks. And while I was assembling the 2K i noticed that there is a decent size chunk taken out of the poor guys chest. Anyone else have the same issue?

I wouldn't call it a chunk, but there was a little bit of some molding issue on the chest of mine. I just needed a little liquid green stuff, and it was good.

Thanks guys! I'm going to paint mine up as Battle Damage but makes me worried about the other variant I've got in blister.  :-\

Mine has this as well, a bit of a defect in the left chest plate.  Nothing a little greenstuff can't fix, though.

i got one last week and when i opened the blister last night, the chest of my 2H was very deformed.

Yeah...that one's going to require contacting IWM for a replacement. Looks like the mold didn't fill out all the way.

I know they are excellent at replacing bad/missing parts...but sheesh.

requesting a new torso was on my weekend list. i have several hundred IWM-produced mechs and have only had problems with about a half-dozen so it's not something i lose much sleep over, especially since they're so good about sending replacement parts.
