(Answered) Iron Will Special Ability Cost

In Campaign Operations pg 71, Iron Will is listed with a cost of 2 on the table.  However, on page 76, its cost is listed as 1 under the SPA's description.

Which one is the correct cost for this SPA?

The cost should be 1.  I've flagged it for an eventual reprint.
