Box Set Scenarios and Force Balance

Reaching out for some assistance for my addled brain.

Some time back I believe some kind soul took the time to split the last release (not latest) box set plastics into 2 comparable forces for a battle.

Can anyone recall or better still provide a link to the post that had those details.
