Doubt we'll get one. Tommy's pretty old at this point, even if they digitally de-age him, I doubt he's in the shape needed to do an action role anymore.

Yeah. It's not fun watching a man in his 70s hobbling around during action scenes while they try to use editing to make it look like it's fast paced and energetic.

the 1983/84 5 episode mini series re watched it after 30 years did not care for the tv series
diana to my kid eyes was still the scariest lizard in human skin...
met her about 25 years back or more...still scared me even tho in person she is the sweetest and most charming lady in real life when i told her how he scared me as a kid she laughed

Rewatched True Detective, season 1. That thing is amazing, mostly Matthew McConaughey's best role, but the whole thing is just so dang gripping.

Made me start True Detective, season 4. Little too much paranormal stuff, but watchable.

Halo S2 started yesterday, in episode 2 there was what I think has to be a Battletech related Easter egg.

Towards the end of the episode, Master Chief is looking at a map of Reach, and there is a POI clearly marked as "Kearny-Fuchida Station".

I was really bored looking through Youtube's free movies and not finding anything interesting, so I just scrolled and clicked at random. I landed on Who's That Girl, which I remember watching back in the 80s, but wasn't sure I was really ready to see again. About seven minutes in, my internet crashed. Turns out that fate wants to spare me from witnessing Madonna act.

ok introduced my neighbors kids to some 80s cartoons
i figured the ones with best intro music would hook them
pole position
jayce and wheeled warriors
bionic 6
so far wheeled warriors got them hooked and got screams of terror and anger when i told them its time to take a food break
ohhh the glares i am getting as they are eating pizza as fast as they can without choking so they can start watching again

ok their mom got them one tried absconing with my jayce dvds...got scalding from their mom that could peel the aluminum of the delorian
not mad or anything but kid was so blantant it was funny...well i will still babysit my neighbors kids we were both laughing about it that our sides hurt. first time in long time kids had been engaged in something since their dad died...boy to be 7 and 9 again lol
next time i will introduce them to NES and tmnt
or that would be punishment?
i use it as argument setler between my own if they can make it individually through water stage i agree they dont i win so far they never won and i still make it through on first try...ohhh and yes no retries for them either like me
