Payment for training???

So, starting a new game for some friends.  One player gonna be the commander and has realized his character doesn't have the military training or experience to run a mercenary unit.  However, he is the one with the money; thank you Solaris Games, so, he wishes to hire a "tutor".  How much in C-Bills should this run a character in the early 3030s?

I doubt there is a tuition chart but you can always hire someone else to handle an aspect of the unit which we do have rules for.  If you want a more experienced MechWarrior as a Mentor type character pay him the elite specialist rate.

Yeah, have them hire admin staff to handle all of that stuff. If you need someone to also handle higher level strategy that would probably also be the equivalent of a second admin person.

Yeah, just get a guy I know of to " handle " his teaching...
