I was going over some units, and I was wondering, on Page 315 of the tech manual It states for SKILLs to multiply the base BV by various numbers based on the table.
My Question is, How are these numbers rounded? UP, Down, Normal?
The reason I ask is I was entering the BV for the Sprint Helicopter, interdictor:
http://www.masterunitlist.info/Unit/Details/3024/sprint-scout-helicopter-interdictorIt lists it's Base BV at 139.
if it has a 3/4 Pilot, page 315 lists the BV adjustment as being a multiplier of 1.38
this means the adjusted BV is then 191.82 (139*1.38)
But the Chart on the MUL lists it's BV as being 191, which would mean the adjusted BV is rounded down.
Checking the Shadow Hawk SHD-5D:
http://www.masterunitlist.info/Unit/Details/2905/shadow-hawk-shd-5dShows a base BV of 1684. If it also has a 3/4 Pilot it's adjusted BV (based on the chart) shows it should be 2323, and based on page 315's calculation:
1684 * 1.38 = 2323.92
So, I am assuming
all battle value calculations are to be rounded down no matter what, correct?
