(Answered) BV Skill Multiplier Table

Question regarding Techmanual Errata, this link:

Skill Ratings (p. 314)
Add the following Bullet and Text after the Mechanized Infantry Paragraph: “Anti-'Mech Default Skill: Any unit incapable of delivering an Anti-'Mech attack has a default Anti-'Mech skill of 5.”
 
BV Skill Multiplier Table (p. 314)
All copies of TechManual should swap the value for a Gunnery 1/ Piloting 5 for Gunnery 1/ Piloting 6 so that G1/P5 is 1.63 and G1/P6 is 1.60
 
Skill Ratings (p. 314)

Given link (http://www.classicbattletech.com/forums/index.php/topic,38961.0.html) suggests that item may not exist, or that I'm not allowed there (this possibility is extremely counterintuitive, given nature of errata).  Did not find relevant table in Errata section, this forum.  Did not find relevant question in Questions section, this forum.

What is the *actual* errata?

Additional note: In errata link above, Skill Ratings (p.314) errata is duplicating, suggesting errata is in error.
