How to delete old posts?

 How do you completely remove old posts in the forums. I don't see the command.

The authority to remove posts is limited to Moderators, Admins, and Site Maintenance level personnel.

Just a notice that I changed the title of the post to 'delete' instead of 'felete'. I didn't change the replies because they will not show as someone scans the forum.
