Reading through Blood Will Tell I noticed that the noble title of Ki-Lynn Liao have been bumped up a bit. Ki-Lynn Liao is noted as being the Duchess of Highspire, where as there are two older sources I have that have her as Mandrissa of Highspire (and Wei).
Was this rank inflation intentional or was it a mistake?
