online store availability?

Once something shows up in the coming soon section of the IWM online store how long is it before we can buy online? I'm specifically referring to the Lament.

Up to a month, retailers (and online ones like myself) get about a month to sell miniatures exclusively once they are released before IWM put's them up for sale.
