Based on the VTOL thread found HERE (http://bg.battletech.com/forums/index.php?topic=59967.0;topicseen), her' a VTOL based on the Warrior VTOL that will haul infantry troops to the battlefield like the varied 20 ton APCs. There are three variant like it's ground based brethren (Standard, SRM and LRM). It has half-ton less armor, but makes up for it by being having a 10/15 movemnt profile (faster than the Warrior, too)

AFAIK there is no fractional accounting in SAW.

If you select "Experimental" rules level, the check box will un-gray under "Construction Options" in the middle of the "Basic Set Up" tab...
