Title: Bandwith Limit Exceeded
Post by: DarkISI on 26 April 2011, 10:58:00: Ironwind seems to be offline because they managed just that.
For one, I find it great that they seem to have this much traffic, but I find it sad, that they actually chose a server where they can run into a problem like this...

Will this be fixed shortly?

No, the site was not hacked. We just used up our monthly a lot bandwidth before the end of the month. They gave us some extra to get by until the end of April.

would this be affecting your email service as well ? I've been trying to get a response from Melissa since about the 19th April.

Post by: Fletch on 28 April 2011, 18:49:18: I placed an order a couple of days ago and emailed Mike Noe about an issue. Had return email and issue resolved 1st thing the next morning US time. Very pleasing for my 1st order with IWM which was quite substantial.
