New Template on IWM website

Hello, as part of some updates that need to be done, I moved to new version of the template. I still have to adjust colors, placement, and such on the web site.

Seems to be having issues for me. Widows 10, Google Chrome, 1366x768 laptop monitor. This is what my screen looks like:

Yeah, I am working on the readjustment of the template and how it displays. What I thought was the setting is not, so I will be working on it this week.

Check it out now, I figured out the right place to chance the size of the section.
